4. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in the course catalog or product page. Full payment is due at the time of registration or order. Access to services or shipment of goods will be provided upon confirmation of payment.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Professional Qualification Upgrade Services

You may request a refund of the course fee in writing no later than seven calendar days before the scheduled start date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen calendar days of approval. Alternatively, you may transfer your enrollment to a future session at no extra fee, subject to availability.

5.2 Info Products

Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials, all sales of info products are final once access is granted. In cases where content is substantially incomplete or inaccessible, SkillPrimeOne may, at its sole discretion, offer replacement content or partial credit toward another product.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within seven calendar days of receipt. You must notify us in writing and arrange return shipment at your expense. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Upon inspection and approval, a refund to the original payment method will be processed within fourteen calendar days.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain custom training packages or specialized workshops incur preparatory expenses and instructor allocation in advance. These offerings are marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. By enrolling, you acknowledge that no refund will be provided for these specific services.

SkillPrimeOne reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting revised terms at SkillPrimeOne.vip. Continued use of our services or site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
